Fractional partner for CEOs

Stop context switching so important things stop slipping

I help CEOs stop running on duct tape by owning the cross‑functional work that doesn’t leave their desks. After all, your business shouldn’t scale only as fast as your calendar.

When you’re wearing too many hats, you stop being the multiplier of output and become the limiter of it

You start your day with a goal in mind.
Then other things start getting in the way.
You want to deprioritize certain items,
but everything is too important
to be left behind.
“Is this the most effective use of my time?”, you may wonder…

You’ve likely tried to keep up by:

Working nights and weekends just to stay on top of it all

(and it still doesn’t feel like enough)

Telling yourself things will calm down

(they don’t)

Signing up for tools that promised to help

(and then managing them became its own job)

Setting up systems and automating what you could

(and that became another project you didn’t have time for)

A partner who owns the work that keeps landing back on you

The whole picture, not just one pixel

= less noise on your mind

This week it’s a customer who needs extra handholding. Next week it’s an automation that broke without anyone noticing, or a project list so scattered you’ve lost track of what’s done and what’s next. It’s what makes hiring for it so hard: you can’t post a role for a job that changes by the week. So the person by your side has to be ready for any of it.

Over the past ten years, I’ve worked across multiple areas:

Operations Product Management Customer Success Customer Support Project Management Recruiting GTM Ops

My goal is to give you back your focus, so your time goes to the work only you can do.

Working with AI since 2017

= time saved, quality improved

I joined an AI startup in the scheduling industry the same year Apple got rid of the iPhone home button. Yep, tech has come a long way.

Working on the human-in-the-loop team in particular showed me how much nuance and clarity it takes to communicate with both humans and AI. That plus my product management background helped me find the balance of quality, clarity, and efficiency that is needed to accomplish... well, anything.

With AI, this statement has become more true than ever: just because you can, it doesn’t mean you should. My goal is to use AI where it actually saves you time and makes the work better, not where it creates more to manage or more to fix.

Stop duct-taping stuff together and hoping nothing breaks. Let’s actually fix it.
